P&G Jakarta GO

The concept is built around the theme of Man and Nature in Harmony, bringing the outdoors inside, inspired by and mimicking nature. The palette is neutral but warm, mixed with green colours and introduces local signature materials such as Rattan and patterns such as Batik.

The open collaboration area directly off the main entrance is the heart of the office. It is designed to be a flexible breakout space, with a dedicated dry pantry, and a variety of alternative work settings from a high collaboration table, to a “window with a view” touch down bench, to more focused seating within a set of staggered huddle booths. It is also designed to cater as a town hall, as most of the seating is moveable and provision has been made for a large drop-down screen on one of the main walls. The warm wood look flooring in the open collaboration area is repeated by a matching carpet in the Office area and this seamlessly connects both spaces.

As is customary within P&G offices, all of the huddle rooms and supporting spaces are evenly dispersed around the core, thus freeing up the workstation areas to natural daylight. The exception is one large multipurpose room, which has a window view. By introducing unique Batik inspired graphics on columns and in huddle rooms, this has helped to personalize the different WS clusters.

To further harmonise both spaces, but add an element of vibrancy, the open collaboration area and the office space each have one feature wall, a Mural inspired by a fusion of Indonesian nature interwoven with a Batik pattern.
